Xiaomi is undoubtedly one of the biggest phone companies in the world, as it literally claimed the 3rd spot as the biggest phone maker in the world, and climbing swiftly to the 2nd spot, as Huawei seems to be trickling down due to its issues with the US administration and the Google ban. Xiaomi has achieved this feat by releasing top level smartphones, along with great mid range devices as well - the Chinese manufacturer has upheld a certain standard of quality, whatever the price may be, and perhaps that’s one of the biggest reasons the phone company is loved so much amongst users.
Now, we’re getting rumours about the Mi 11 series, as the Mi 11 Pro sounds extremely enticing as per the rumours we’ve heard. The new upcoming phone might upgrade the display to a Quad HD+ panel, an upgrade from the Full HD+ screen it had before, and one that most phones have in the current day and age. Moreover, the Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro also had a 90Hz display in them, as the Mi 11 Pro is looking to top that by adding a 120Hz refresh rate display instead - although the Mi 10T Pro did have 144Hz refresh rate under the hood.
The phone will also reportedly have the Snapdragon 875 inside as the main SoC, as it will be the first phone in the world to have that chipset inside - although it might just be the case for inside China, as globally it’s still expected for the S21 to sport the 875 first. The phone should also support the extreme fast charging batteries that Xiaomi got for the phones, including 80W fast charging, which could top up a 4,000mAh cell in just 19 minutes.
All in all, we can’t wait for more leaks and the official unveiling of the devices, as they look amazing, and will definitely be great in person as well - as they provide plenty of top level specs at a price which will definitely not reach 1000 dollars.
