Vivo V21e is the company’s attempt to create something sensible to buy in the perfect price range. Previously, Vivo has been on a higher price end and the product is now reaching a higher market. Vivo is particular about over the top specification and providing it to the reach of customers at Rs 45,999. The design looks different and makes a fashion statement for people out there in 2021. The phone looks premium with its 6.44 inch display. The camera bump is different than other Vivo phones.
The Vivo V21e is not only up for a fashion statement but it’s also hold the convincing power to attract the audience with its specifications amongst competitors such a Xiaomi, Realme and Oppo. Vivo is aimed at the India market to offer bang for the buck. With the times where Android phone are getting bigger and forgetting the attraction of slimmer phones the Vivo V21e is compact and lightweight.
Vivo V21e selling point is its compactness and design. Weighing 167 grams with thickness of 7.4 mm it’ll probably the thinnest android smartphone released in 2021. The AMOLED screen display is not relatively small, the 6.44 inches is slimmed down to make the phone look more premium in the hand. Vivo V21e screen is not curved unlike other android phones in the market. The glass back makes it look glossy and the colour ranges do make the phone smudge proof. The phone is curved from the edges of it and got 408 inch PPI pixel density. Vivo released the phone in Dark Pearl and Sunset jazz colour.
Performance And Software
Just like the previous Vivo phone the Vivo V21e features android 11 out of the box with vivo’s much appreciated Funtouch OS 11. The software has app drawer with close to the stock recent application menu. Things are made easier with the software. The brightness slider has been moved to quick toggles for easier reach. FunTouch’s benefit is that it comes with less pre installed application hence it’s easier to personalise your application with your choice without unnecessary and unwanted applications. The fingerprint sensor is included in the improvements of performance that are witnessed in Vivo V21e, the fingerprint sensor is fast, accurate and convenient to use. The Vivo V21e based on Snapdragon 720G platform, although android phone that are currently in the market of 2021 provides a greater raw performance but Vivo still makes its place with the RAM and memory. Vivo V21e comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. It’s twice as much as phones are offering in the current android market, Vivo managed to select a good processor but not the one which could make it stand out in processor terms.
The handset is featuring dual camera. There is a 64 mega pixel sensor with f/1.9 aperture on the other hand there is ultra wide camera of 8 mega pixel with focal length supporting the main sensor. The Funtouch Camera menu is somewhat confusing but using it for some times helps to get the hold of it. The selfie camera is advertised with 32 mega pixel the selfies look sharp with colourful details but the overall quality goes down when the light is low. The Vivo V21e is capable of recording 4K video.
The 4000mAh battery does not make many people hopeful at first but according to the reviews after using it, the battery actually turns out to be good. Users are actually impressed by its long lasting power as compared to other phones running on this battery.
