International media reported. Apple supplier TSMC has officially started to produce Apple's upcoming iPhone 13 series A15 chip, which is expected to be launched in September.
The report claims that this 5-chip will manufacture using the same 5-nanometer process as the A14. The chip shrinks, but performance and power efficiency have improved. In addition, the high-end iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max models are expected to be equipped with a 120 Hz high refresh rate display in the iPhone for the first time. The industrial design will be roughly the same as the iPhone 12, including a 5.4-inch iPhone 13 mini, two 6.1-inch models and a 6.7-inch model. However, it is expected that the bangs on the screen of the iPhone 13 series will become smaller, but the chassis will be slightly thicker. The rear camera module is adjusted somewhat.
According to industry sources, TSMC has begun to produce Apple's A15 processor, and demand will exceed last year's A14 in scale, and production is expected to exceed A14.
