Samsung is considered to be one of the top phone manufacturers in the industry right now, and the Note lineup of devices from the company is one of its major sources of sales. We talked about the Note 20 being leaked on the Russian website of Samsung, and we took a peek at what the phone will look like. Now we have another look at the upcoming Samsung flagship, but this time it’s a real life look at the phone, instead of a picture. Youtuber Jimmy Is Promo has gotten real life pictures of the Note 20 and tweeted the photos for everyone to see.
The phone seems to look a lot like the Note 10+, with extra refinements on the front side, including slimmer bezels and a smaller punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. The overall phone is more boxier than the previous iteration of the Note series as well. On the back we see three different camera lenses, and big ones too, with a flashlight and another small sensor which maybe for depth detection or a Time Of Flight sensor.
Apart from the looks, we also might have a date on when the phone is going to be unveiled and arrive in stores. August 5th seems to be the date for the event that Samsung will likely unveil their new devices, including the Note 20, Z Flip 5G and even the Fold 2. The Note 20 is expected to go on presale right from the unveiling of the device, and be available to buy in stores from the 21st of August.
The Note 20 is likely going to be priced at a 1000 bucks, which seems a lot for a 60Hz display phone, but we’ll have to wait to see the full package that Samsung provides. The manufacturer will have to reduce its pricing in the future if it wants to keep getting consistent sales, because fans weren’t happy with the S20’s price tag as well considering the package it consisted of.
