The Pocophone brand from Xiaomi has lived way past than it was supposed to, as it currently has 7 phones in the market under its branding, in either X, F or M series - all of which consist of great devices. What started from just one phone which blew everyone’s mind in the Pocophone 1 or the Poco F1, is now a brand of its own, and a pretty successful too. Now, another phone of another series is coming to the market by Poco, with the upcoming C3. The phone was announced by Poco India’s social media. The phone is set to be revealed on the 6th of October, and is also expected to have a triple or quad camera setup in the back.
There isn’t much else that’s been revealed by the company about the phone - but according to rumours in the tech world, we’ve heard that the Poco C3 might be a carbon copy of the Redmi 9C, with a change in branding only. If that’s the case, we should expect the C3 to have the Helio G35 as the processor, a triple camera setup in the back, and a 5,000mAh gigantic battery. The phone is set to target the lower price point of the smartphone market, and it also looks to be a potential fan favourite in the making.
The phone will likely be priced below 200 US dollars, and more towards the 100 bucks boundary. It will be interesting to see if the phone is actually the same as the Redmi 9C, or if it brings changes of its own alongside.
